We built StarBind because every astrology report we'd ever bought felt like horoscopes glued together. We wanted something that read like an astrologer who'd actually looked at the chart.
T he problem with most computer-generated astrology reports is that they're mail-merge documents. Take the lookup row for Sun in Pisces, append the row for Sun in 10th house, paste in the row for Sun square Neptune, and there's your "report" — three paragraphs about three different people stitched into one PDF.
A real astrologer doesn't read a chart that way. They look at the whole thing at once. The Sun in Pisces means something different when the Moon is in Capricorn than when it's in Cancer. The 10th house Sun reads differently when its ruler is in the 12th. Context is everything.
Modern language models can do this — if you feed them the whole chart as context and ask them to write about one piece at a time. That's what StarBind does. Each section receives every planet, every aspect, every house cusp, and then writes about Mars knowing about Venus, writes about Saturn knowing about Jupiter, writes the final synthesis chapter knowing about all of it.
We're not the first to use AI for astrology. We're trying to be the first to do it without sounding generic.
Calculation is done with the same astronomical engine used by professional astrologers, academic research, and software like Solar Fire. Arcsecond precision, going back ten thousand years. The geometry of your chart isn't approximated — it's computed exactly.
Each section is a separate generation, but every generation receives your full chart as context. The synthesis chapter is written sequentially, after every other section is complete — so it can pull threads from the whole. Grounded in a curated reference library of traditional and modern astrological meanings.
Your birth data is processed transiently — used to generate the PDF, then discarded. Nothing is stored on our servers beyond a 72-hour download link. We don't build profiles, we don't email you again, we don't sell anything to anyone. GDPR-compliant by design, not by retrofit.
