72 hours from generation. The PDF auto-deletes from our storage after that — download it, save it locally, and you're set. We can regenerate within the window if you lose the link; after 72 hours we'd need to bill again (the data isn't on our servers to retrieve).
Without an exact birth time we can't calculate houses, the Ascendant, or the Midheaven — about a third of a natal reading depends on these. Tick the box on the order form to receive a reduced version focused on planet-and-sign positions and aspects, at the same price.
Try asking a parent, or in the EU your birth certificate usually lists it. Even an approximate time (within an hour) is useful.
Two layers. Calculation is done with the Swiss Ephemeris — the same astronomical engine professional astrologers, software like Solar Fire, and academic researchers use. Accurate to the arcsecond, going back thousands of years.
Interpretation is generated by a multi-prompt AI pipeline. Each section receives your full chart as context, so the Mars chapter knows about your Venus. The final synthesis chapter is written after every other section is complete.
No. The astrological facts — what placements you have, what aspects they form, which houses they fall in — are computed deterministically by Swiss Ephemeris. The AI's job is to write integrated prose about those facts, grounded in a curated reference library of traditional and modern astrological meanings.
The result is unique writing about your specific chart, not free-association.
The Natal Chart describes who you are — the chart of the sky at the moment you were born. It doesn't change.
The Year Ahead describes what's coming — how this year's transiting planets touch your natal chart, month by month. It's the forecast layered on top of the blueprint.
Most people read the Natal first and the Year Ahead annually.
Not on our servers. It's held briefly in Stripe's session metadata during the transaction, used to generate your PDF, and discarded. The PDF itself sits encrypted in EU-region storage for 72 hours before auto-deletion.
We never build a profile on you. We don't email you again. There is no account.
If our generation fails on our end — yes, full refund, automatically.
Once the PDF is delivered, EU consumer law on digital goods (you consent to immediate delivery, waiving the 14-day withdrawal right) means no refund. If you spot a factual error about your chart, write to us and we'll regenerate it.

Coming soon. We're building a gift-card flow that lets you buy a code, the recipient enters their own birth data, and the report is delivered to them. In the meantime, you can order using their data and forward the PDF — there's nothing tying the order to a personal account.
